Aaron Lohman

Aaron Lohman our Principal Town Planner has over twenty-five years of industry experience across government and consultancy roles. Aaron’s experience ranges from multi-storey inner city mixed use and build to rent development, shopping centres, industrial and commercial development, residential and rural subdivisions, scheme amendments, structure plans and regional infrastructure projects.

In addition to the above, Aaron is experienced as an advocate and expert witness in the State Administrative Tribunal and is a former member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) Built Form Committee.

Tim Houweling

Tim has worked in Town Planning Law for 25 years. He has represented both Developers and Local Government in the State Administrative Tribunal and Supreme Courts. Tim is recognised by his peers and continues to be recommended as part of the Doyles Guide to good lawyers. Tim continues to represent clients with complex town planning issues and questions and regularly appears in the SAT and Supreme Courts Working as a Director in our Sister Company Cornerstone Legal, Tim Houweling is able to assist clients with complex legal problems by way of representation before Councils, JDAP’s and in the SAT and Supreme Court if required.

Bronwyn Waugh

Bronwyn is a lawyer and has worked to achieve approvals for clients in the area of Town Planning. Bronwyn has represented both private clients and local governments in the State Administrative Tribunal and Supreme Court. Bronwyn has represented clients before the JDAP’s in front of Councils and in the State Administrative Tribunal as well as Federal Court. Bronwyn also regularly appears in the Federal Court on matters of Native Title, as such she has a deep understanding of the requirements of Town Planning Law and is able to bring this to bear on any project to make it a success.
